How to File a Complaint
Find Your Charger ID
Locate the QR code or Charger ID (CPID) on the EV charging station. It usually looks like "EVC-XXXX".
Enter Charger Information
Either scan the QR code using our scanner or manually type the Charger ID in the form.
Fill In Your Details
Provide your contact information so we can reach you about your complaint.
Describe the Issue
Select the type of problem you're experiencing and provide details about the issue.
Submit and Track
Submit your complaint and save the tracking ID. You can use this ID or your phone number to check the status later.
